Sign up here!

The Heights staff, volunteers, and youth will partner with the rural community of Hunters and the congregation of Cedonia Community Church “CCC” for a week long summer mission focusing on four elements.

  1. This mission will seek unreached kids through a “VBS”
  2. Connect families with a body of believers (Connecting new families with the church body of CCC Wednesday youth worship night and Thursday night family and potluck.)
  3. Show God’s love through filling practical needs through a community project “Hunters Beautification.”
  4. Strengthen Height’s volunteers through fellowship and spiritual growth. Daily devotion, evening prayer, lots of fun at the river.

Our goal is to facilitate a weeklong Mission using a “Vacation Bible School” as the vehicle to reach the kids and their families in this community as well as to grow our own team.

Hunters Mission Trip – August 13th – 18th

Did you know? The Heights partners with the rural community of Hunters, WA for a youth oriented mission trip every summer. This trip is designed to teach our students about serving in Gods kingdom. Staff from The Heights put on a Vacation Bible School for kids in the area and our students take a partnership role with bringing that mission and vision alive. Complete with service projects, youth group, insane worship and BBQs all in a camp-like setting; this trip has truly grown close to the heart of our church. What better way is there to grow in experience, than partnering in your local community! Cost to attend is $25 per student during the week of August 13-18th, we will be accepting youth applications now thru the end of the July for those interested in learning about the heart of the mission field. Whether you’re a student or adult interesting in serving with us, or are interested in sponsoring a student to attend, please contact Cassie Thompson for more details at cassie@heightschurch.tv
