Monthly Develop Meeting – June 3rd
Spiritual Warfare is taking a stand against supernatural evil forces, that desire to divert our hearts and minds from the knowledge and ways of God.

Would you believe that right now, there is a battle going on between good and evil? This battle is between the church (the body of Christ), and the world systems and idols ruled and/or setup by our adversary (Satan). The late Billy Graham said, “A spiritual conflict is waged around us incessantly and unremittingly.” Why is this happening? It’s because the powers of darkness are pressing their counterattack to recapture the ground held for God, by his children. This months Develop training is to sound an alert about the subtleties and stratagem of the enemy. Come hear what your part is in this as a soldier of the King, and learn to engage in this invisible campaign to secure victory. Ephesians 6:10-18.

Monthly Develop Meeting – April 1st
Understanding the Prophetic

Have you ever wondered what people were talking about, when they mentioned prophetic ministry? If so, you’re invited to attend the next Develop class, where our April speaker will address this gift & ministry from the Holy Spirit. The office or role of the Prophet and the Prophetic ministry are vital assets to the body of Christ, and are it’s very heartbeat. This gift & ministry is anchored in I Corinthians 14, “Pursue love and earnestly desire spiritual gifts, especially that you may prophesy.” and Ephesians 4, “And he gave some apostles, and some prophets, and some evangelists, and some pastors, and teachers.” These scriptures clearly indicate all believers can operate in the prophetic, but what it doesn’t say is that, it hinges upon rightly discerning the voice of God, effectual prayer and training. That’s what this class is all about, bringing about a better understanding of what God has provided for the church, in order to be fully functional (built up to maturity).

Everyone is welcome. Hayford Community Church 6-8pm.  Food and childcare provided.

You will begin to see God in new ways and personally hear His voice. Come expecting to walk with others down a path that leads to community, generosity, and increased freedom to be all that God created you to be. Rooted meets for 10 weeks beginning April 14th on Sundays at Hayford Community Church from 4-6pm in Airway Heights, WA.  Cost is $35/person or $60/couple. Monthly DEVELOP Class  – February 4th

Christian Leaders Developing Leader

Are leaders born or made? Stephen Denning says, “For too long we’ve been thinking that leadership was some kind of innate gift, a mysterious kind of genetically inherited charisma. I think that all people – regardless of gender, ethnicity, or creed – have the potential to lead” (The Secret Language of Leadership).

The work of the ministry is only as strong as its leaders. Which means it’s not for someone else to do. God has called all of us to lead in His kingdom. He wants us to spread our ministry wings and soar beyond our personal boundaries. We are the leaders who should be reproducing other leaders to use their giftings to go and do as Jesus went and did. It is not only a part of our call to serve others and make disciples, but necessary to see the church prosper and flourish. (Matthew 28:19)

Come hear Pastor Toby Brommeling share the process for developing strong leaders from within the congregation (2 Timothy 2:2).

“A time is coming and has now come when the true worshipers will worship the Father in the Spirit and intruth, for they are the kind of worshipers the Father seeks.” John 4:23 (NIV)

Did you know that the primary calling of the Body of Christ is to WORSHIP? Today, we live in a culturethat is thoroughly self-absorbed, and if we don’t watch out our worship will be specifically, all about how it makes us feel. Worshiping in the spirit, driven by truth is so much more than that. Make plans to comeand hear Pastor Kym Powers teach about what true worship is and how we should approach God in WORSHIP.
