Paragraph Explanation:

Seen, loved, and empowered. Sisterhood is for ALL women in every season of life. This is a sisterhood of strength committed to embracing transparent accountability, supporting one another in accepting genuine love, and placing value in deepening our relationships with Jesus. Sisterhood is a growing movement of women who are responding to the simple invitation to BE THE CHANGE and make a positive difference in their local and global communities.

Sisterhood is a monthly gathering on a quarterly basis. Evening event’s will include; a time of worship, a message, and reflection. Childcare will not be provided at these events. Women ages 15 and older are welcome.

Mission: Empowering women to actively pursue Jesus

Vision: Placing value in deepening relationships with Jesus through vulnerability within our sisterhood community (They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer. Acts 2:42). Supporting one another in accepting genuine love (We love because he first loved us. 1 John 4:19).  Embracing transparent accountability as one sisterhood. (May the God who gives endurance and encouragement give you the same attitude of mind toward each other that Christ Jesus had. Romans 15:5)

Midweek Devo’s with Pastor Dee

“On Thursday, January 7, 2021 we’ll embark on a new five-part series entitled, “How to Cope.” Coping involves adapting to or tolerating positive and negative milestones or realities, while maintaining a positive sense of worth and emotional composure. If you’ve never experienced any struggles or vexations in life, nor ever expect to, you are from an alien planet. One thing is for sure, if human, difficult trials and problems will come up. They may vary in origin, type, intensity and length, but they’ll surely come.          1 Corinthians 10:13 says, “no temptation has overtaken us, but such as is common to man.” So when they do occur, no circumstance is so rare, that others have not dealt with it as well. No matter how big or small the hardship, how long it lasts, how temporary or permanent the consequences, we must cope. Sometimes we cope well, and other times we don’t. Maybe, both have occurred in your life in the past. But, God is faithful. He can show us a better way to cope, a biblical way out. And thankfully, by His Spirit, we never have to deal with the messiness of life alone
