Sunset Park Easter Egg Hunt – April 16th
Come join in the fun at the yearly Easter Egg Hunt at Sunset Park on April 16th at 9:00 am. Their will be a special prize egg in each age group.

Trunk or Treat 2021 Come on out for the HUB’s 2nd annual Trunk or Treat from 5:30-7:30pm! This year, The Heights Church will be partnering with the Refueler to make hot beverages available for you to order on this cold, Halloween night! Put on your costume and walk through for safe family fun! There will be clearly marked signs and pathways for directions through the trunks, as well as a movie and other surprises inside. This event is free and open to the community! Sign up if you want to participte.

Trunk or Treat Volunteers

Looking for volunteers for Trunk or Treat! Join us in some community fun this Halloween by decorating your vehicle using pumpkins, spiders and webs, brooms, bats, cauldrons… or pick a theme, wear a costume, and have fun with it! Also, please arrive with plenty of candy. We will have a few bags to pass around if you run out. VEHICLE CHECK-IN: 4:30-5:00PM All vehicles must be fully decorated and ready to hand out treats at 5:30pm.If you’re unable to make it this year you can still help! We could really use some donations of candy. Each trunk goes through 500-1000 pieces of candy and we need quite a bit more to make sure that each trunk has plenty to hand out.Please sign up to decorate a trunk, bring candy or help out. Renovation Conference Our church has been invited to partner with Renovation Conference this fall. Spearheading this event are Life Services, Genesis Institute, Spokane Fatherhood Initiative, SRT (Sexually Related Trauma Services), and HRC.  Together we will create a safe space to have meaningful conversations about faith, family, and sexuality. Topics for this two-day conference include Forgiving the Unforgivable, Finding Intimacy, Helping Kids Heal, The Wounded Leader, and much more! Rooted Interest Form Do you feel stuck in life? Are unsure of your purpose? Are you ready for a change? Do you want to experience God?  Rooted is a catalyst for life-change. Airway Heights Days
We are looking for volunteers to help run the Heights booth at the Days that Airway Heights puts on.  We will be giving out candy and applying temporary tattoos to kids in the park.  It will also give the church a chance to just hang out and talk with people.  All ages, shapes and sizes are welcome to help.

Tailgate Free Movies

We are excited to announce the HUB in Airway Heights is hosting a series of outdoor drive-in or sit down movies once a month through December. Doors open at 5:30, movies from 6 – 8 pm. So gather the family, hop in the car, and join us for this unique throwback experience. Order dinner from The Refueler and have it delivered to your car. You are also welcome to bring your own snacks! Vehicle lights and car engines must remain off during the movies.

Trunk or Treat 2021
Join us in some community fun this Halloween by decorating your vehicle using pumpkins, spiders and webs, brooms, bats, cauldrons… or pick a theme, wear a costume, and have fun with it! Trunk or Treat – Sunday, October 31^st.  This event is free and open to the community! Sign up here.

VEHICLE CHECK-IN: 4:30-5:00PM
If you’re unable to make it this year you can still help. We could really use some donations of candy. Each trunk goes through 500-1000 pieces of candy and we need quite a bit more to make sure that each trunk has plenty to hand out.
All vehicles must be fully decorated and ready to hand out treats at 5:30pm.

Trunk or Treat helpers
Please bring your trunk decorated in the ‘Harvest’ spirit; keep in mind that this is a family-friendly, community event when choosing your decorations; please do not plan on scary or gory décor. Renovation Conference Our church has been invited to partner with Renovation Conference this fall. Spearheading this event are Life Services, Genesis Institute, Spokane Fatherhood Initiative, SRT (Sexually Related Trauma Services), and HRC.  Together we will create a safe space to have meaningful conversations about faith, family, and sexuality. Topics for this two-day conference include Forgiving the Unforgivable, Finding Intimacy, Helping Kids Heal, The Wounded Leader, and much more! Hunters Mission Trip
VBS August 8th-13th in Hunters, WA at Cedonia Community Church.

This form needs to be filled out for each adult volunteer.  If you are an adult who is bringing a child you can add them to this form.  If you are an adult with a teen please have them fill out the youth form and turn in activity permission slip.

All youth under 18 years old need to fill out an activity permission slip and return it to Sabrina Peterson.  We will leave The Hub at 1pm Aug 8th. Please eat lunch before arriving.

All adults also need to fill out a background check form. Please see the attachment to this form. Please turn in completed form to Sabrina Peterson. Background checks are good for 2 years so if you filled one out last year you will not need to fill one out for this year. If you don’t know if you need to redo a background check please contact Sabrina Peterson and she will verify for you.

If you are agreeing to give teens a ride you will need to contact Sabrina Peterson and she will email you or give you a hard copy of the form to fill out.
