Avoid the Darkness
There’s hope and light in Jesus, even in the darkest of places. We can’t always control our environment and our enemies are not always recognizable. We can’t allow the evil and darkness around us to overcome who we are and make us into something we never wanted to be. What is that idol in us that we are feeding without knowing it? Is it power, control, acceptance or comfort? Scripture reminds us that we can have victory. His light can cast out all darkness. We can overcome evil with good.
